Nothing much but it gives salary on time that's the only good part of it and has events regularly celebrated.

Many: 1. Work life balance is nill. They treat employees as slave and make you work for almost 14-15 hrs per day 2. The way they treat employees is pathetic - if you are facing any problem there will be no one to hear you or stand by you. All are teamed up at the end 3. There is no career growth at all. You'll see employees who just get around 1 lakh or even less even after working for 10 -15 yrs. For So

Work life balance is good. They won't keep you ideal. They keep giving you training and upgrade even in bench.

Dislikes

...self for a long time we were in bench, due to which less career growth happened. Salary is less. No proper appraisal cycle and appraisal is also less. Job security was there earlier now when u stay in bench for 1 month you should have HR call fear then.

Hcl work culture is good. But Don't expect hikes and bonus.Hcl will give 2% or 3% hike only. Work life balance also depends on our project manager and reporting managers. I won't suggest hcl for freshers. Even me also joined hcl as a fresher completed 3 years didn't get a single rupee hike.

For me I am facing an issues with my manger. He is targeted and tourchering me. He don't have a any technical knowledge in project.

Friendly manager and team members . Encourage to improve soft skills

Poor Salary . They agreed to pay double salary when only 2 days were pending in my notice period. We have to learn some of the new technologies on our own and little training provided on new tech stacks.
