The Company is open to new innovation, and readily adopts new technological changes. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality services base. as a result, I get to travel abroad. But on-site travel is completely dependent on the project and client location. the another good part is that my colleges comes from various part of the country and different cultural background and we work in a happily collaboration.

Dislikes

Growth is decent but, compensation is a bit slow.

Likes

1. Job security. 2. Good and cheap Medical insurance. 3. Appraisal - Don't expect, you might get lesser salary due to re-arrangement of perks saying changing due to market conditions. 4. You won't get any shift allowance even if you are working IN NIGHT SHIFTS.

Dislikes

1. Work culture 2. Senior Managers don't pay heed to any queries/requests. 3. If you are good in fighting with management then you might get things like promotion/salary hike. 4. Supervisor's won't allow you to upskill, you won't get approvals for track/technology changes easily unless you fight. 5. Holidays - forget it. They'll force you not to take holidays whether it's client holidays or Indian holidays- reason they will never alligned required resources so you won't be able to take leaves or holidays due to cost savings. 6. HR role is negligible as they work like puppets of project managers.

The company offers robust training programs, certifications, and upskilling opportunities, particularly in emerging tech (AI, cloud, cybersecurity), helping employees stay competitive.

Dislikes

we work really hard in project but the salary we are getting as junior's salary. I am not at happy with my hikes even though I got exceptional performance

We can learn some other skills via some platform like Percipio. This is an advantage.

Dislikes

Salary hike is extremely worst. I'm very disappointed about that. And, they are very conscious about getting work from employee they treat like a machine.

Work life balance, best company for those who want to enjoy life and dont want any growth in life

Dislikes

HR team is worst in HCL. No promotions, no growth, they deduct salary without any justifiacation. You will be hired for X work and will assign you Y work!!!! No clarity why hired X skill set manpower when required Y skill set.
