Many: 1. Work life balance is nill. They treat employees as slave and make you work for almost 14-15 hrs per day 2. The way they treat employees is pathetic - if you are facing any problem there will be no one to hear you or stand by you. All are teamed up at the end 3. There is no career growth at all. You'll see employees who just get around 1 lakh or even less even after working for 10 -15 yrs. For So

Work life balance is good. They won't keep you ideal. They keep giving you training and upgrade even in bench.

Dislikes

...self for a long time we were in bench, due to which less career growth happened. Salary is less. No proper appraisal cycle and appraisal is also less. Job security was there earlier now when u stay in bench for 1 month you should have HR call fear then.

You receive salary on time. That's it.

Dislikes

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

... Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. Very pathetic IJP process followed.

No matter how much effort you keep on project, when they feel you are not require they will place you in bench. If they need you again they will start the play back games..

...rom last 3 years.Worst insurance policy. No proper shift allowance, if we ask H.R to explain how my salary got splitted they don't have answer. I am just eagerly waiting to get out from this organisation once i get other opportunity.
