Lot of skills to learn for a fresher, company will give you all sort of responsibilities and will trust for it, work life balance is good.

Good compensation is not their forte, but lot of learning is there

Its very good place to learn and you have your liberty to implement your ideas, managing personal life is so good as we have working from option. Totally to say it is very good place to work.

Only thing is HCL PAY very Low compared to other IT CO, specially for Freshers. They hire you on contract if you are a support resource.

Only what I can see good is job security but also the other factors which can push you to lose your job.

Promising hybrid from last August but no solution, as per then for few employees they are not doing at for so called "team chain" Less salary with a huge 3.8% hike Can not see promotion untill you are a management employee Work satisfaction was good till some time but company has ruined it well. Culture 😀, irritating management, promising to provide recognition for extra performers which was mentioned 2 months back and now there is nothing 😀.

Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

While joining as experienced, they provide good hike. Medical and dental checkup.

Dislikes

... Made people to come back to office forcibly. 4. Very less hike in appraisals. 90 days Notice Period and they will hold ur salary for 1st month. 5. Horrible cafeteria food.
