There is a good job security, sometimes you are given the freedom to work your way. Good collaborative teams. Facilities like creche, super mart, Cafe, Healthcare facilities are there. Clean and safe environment.

Dislikes

Too much politics at upper layer, Salary and growth is decent but not that great compared to other organizations. Training programs for middle management layer is not robust. Appraisals are not done fairly sometimes. Very poor work life balance as almost most of the employees have to stretch 12 to 15 hours daily.

No trainings, career growth not possible even if you spend 10 year. Salary and appraisal depends on your manager. Politics all around the corners bad culture no work-life balance. Overall wrost place to work.

Only thing is you get work life balance as most of the time you can work 4 hrs a day and still survive,but the professional attitude of seniors is poor.

Favourtism, no hike in appraisals, HR intervention is poor in case of issue Career stagnancy

CTC they offered and hand on salary was not same. HR shared information will joining was not matches with giving benefits. Leave policy was not satisfied. Managers are not giving free hand learn new technology. Managers are not rude but they always give new tasks.

Only what I can see good is job security but also the other factors which can push you to lose your job.

Promising hybrid from last August but no solution, as per then for few employees they are not doing at for so called "team chain" Less salary with a huge 3.8% hike Can not see promotion untill you are a management employee Work satisfaction was good till some time but company has ruined it well. Culture 😀, irritating management, promising to provide recognition for extra performers which was mentioned 2 months back and now there is nothing 😀.
