Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.

HCL is a very good company for you if you have assigned with some project. It will provide you complete salary even though you are intern or in bench.

Mass layoffs in covid time they literally terminated 100s of people without showing any cause and they simply spoiled freshers careers without providing any technical training and without assigning any projects. Simply placed them on bench and terminated.

...perform, you will never get an appraisal that you deseved. Worked for 3+ years While leaving, I was not even having the salary of a Fresher as per normal organization standards.

Over all company is good but talking about appraisal and hikes, one must not come to this organization. If you want to sit and relax with 100% job security then please come and enjoy the benefits other than salary!!

...gement is transparent . There is a hug Cafeteria and gaming Arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus everyday year.
