... variable correctly, even if you are hardworking and an excellent team player. They cut some percentage of your variable pay and raise your salary approximately that much only. So approximately your salary stays same for next 3 years. It is the worst part of HCL Salaries and Benefits. Before join think on this matter!!!!

It is a great apportunity for me to work in HCL as such designation. All the reporting manager are very supportive. The work make me learnt lots of things in finance. The co-workers are very loyal. We generally worked to help each other to complete work ASAP.

Growth in salary is very low. Some issues related to HR and managers but they ignored.

...rs or night shifts... The package they gave was less then what was promised... When I left the company they took back all the monthly bonus and I have to pay them 65k in the end... It was terrible experience.
