outside people may say job security is good in HCL, don't believe them, times are changing, it's not old HCL. The Growth is terrible for reliability engineers, all you have to do is some repetitive work all times.

Compensation is very low. No relative work to our studies.

The team members and managers I got to work with we're good, supportive and enjoyed working with them...

Salary not as per market... loyalty have No value ... They will hire from market paying higher salary to less experienced people but will not retain existing people ... No matter how good they have performed in the past...

Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here

...cern helping even non-IT people to upskill and grow their career in this field . Pay is fair and management is very helping .

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.
