As a fresher it a good start but you can't expect much compensation you got to switch company for better package.

EPB is really a bad thing for example when employees are expecting for an appraisal whereas we are getting deduction from our salary it really hurts, we are broken by this action.

there's nothing to like in this company if they dont pay you well and growth is also stagnant.

Too much of internal politics in the company, managers and SDMs take all the appraisals and leave nothing for employees.

No matter what you do .....u have full job security till the time you are ok to work without asking for compensation.

...e just for name they will never help you no matter how genuine your problem is . Annual compensation is pathetic.

The work environment here is very organized and diversified, which help us in balancing time between work and skill development

The pay is somewhat lesser when compared to the people working in the same domain in other companies.

CTC they offered and hand on salary was not same. HR shared information will joining was not matches with giving benefits. Leave policy was not satisfied. Managers are not giving free hand learn new technology. Managers are not rude but they always give new tasks.
