Being a mother to one year old kid and work life balance is ever difficult for all the women, in Hcl you will get all the benefit with respect to all aspect. You will relaxed time to get your job done for the Day.

Dislikes

With respect to appraisal, they are not making theirs employee with market pay scale. If they decide/capable to hire new one, why can't they give same pay to loyal employee.

outside people may say job security is good in HCL, don't believe them, times are changing, it's not old HCL. The Growth is terrible for reliability engineers, all you have to do is some repetitive work all times.

Compensation is very low. No relative work to our studies.

If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.
