... have worked in four companies and I would say that HCl is the worst among them. Be it work life balance or compensation and benefits there is nothing good about this company. They still keep looting from employees when they leave the company. We are not asking for anything extra, they can atleast give what is rightfully theirs. In a nutshell, HCl seems to be an MNC but nothing will make you feel that way, it's simply a company with no value for employees. Better avoid this kind of companies.

Work life balance is completely not there. And there is no proper compensation and benefits.

Nice company...if yo uarevsatisfied with your pay and not much expectation you can choose HCL....but in reality and current inflation rate which made me to switch

Not much but vp is high and this we can't expect at end of year..

There is nothing much to talk about pros working in HCL. Job security that is the only thing.

Dislikes

There are much to talk about dislikes, low salary, no decent increment at all. Management never recognises employees. All promotion and increments are biased and political play, work life balance is very poor in this organisation. You have to take calls from managers even during midnight and weekends to complete adhoc tasks without excuses. Work pressure is too much and no proper organised leadership.

Only what I can see good is job security but also the other factors which can push you to lose your job.

Promising hybrid from last August but no solution, as per then for few employees they are not doing at for so called "team chain" Less salary with a huge 3.8% hike Can not see promotion untill you are a management employee Work satisfaction was good till some time but company has ruined it well. Culture 😀, irritating management, promising to provide recognition for extra performers which was mentioned 2 months back and now there is nothing 😀.

Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.
