Nothing i like during working at hcl technologies bangalore.

...g at the customer location.No team outing if u are working at customer location.there is no bonus except the manager level.

Work-Life balance is good. You no need to worry about job security here. Chances of loosing the job is quite less even in recession. Company culture is Good.

...hone) does not work most of the times and management does not bother about this. Compensation and benefits are less. please do not expect more than 4% hike during appraisals. Do not think about career opportunities and growth while associating with HCL

Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Dislikes

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.
