The work pressure is high. compensation is very low and Growth is also very slow . i have to work Monday to Saturday 10 to 11 hours straight in a day and sometimes late into nights and Sunday/public holiday also.

...ompetent, smart working, helping. We have got the training from master trainers. Salary was very few at the start but it credited on time each month.

Talking about the dislike about working in this company is, I worked with this company as off role employee and when the project over they never asked us for continuous work with them.

Teammate , training very good, salary as per markit compensation, i enjoy this job without stress and tension.. Work with lots of fun. Meet new people build gud relationship, problm solving skills developed etc...

Every company responsible persons have more workload.. He says anything when productivity is low but its natural.. Because of stress from seniors... But its depends upon ourself wht u think negative or positive.. If postitive then these problms are minor nd if negative think then its hard to wrk .. But still i enjoy full with postive attitude...

Great Support from Project Manager and TL. Salary on time and Diwali Bonus even if one has resigned before Diwali.

Dislikes

I don't have idea of present policy. But during my tenure new Joinee use to get first 3 months salary in fourth month and even after many years of service it's difficult to remove traniee designation.
