The work pressure is high. compensation is very low and Growth is also very slow . i have to work Monday to Saturday 10 to 11 hours straight in a day and sometimes late into nights and Sunday/public holiday also.

But its depends upon ourself wht u think negative or positive.. If postitive then these problms are minor nd if negative think then its hard to wrk .. But still i enjoy full with postive attitude...

I don't have idea of present policy. But during my tenure new Joinee use to get first 3 months salary in fourth month and even after many years of service it's difficult to remove traniee designation.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
