HCL has too much variable component in salary structure which employee if leaves the company has to return for entire past financial year. This actually kills.

You will get job security but you will not get any security about compensation increments.

They don’t have proper plan for resources. They hire resources send them on client locations and forgets afterwards

Salary comes in time and better office location and facilities provided at the office like pantry, parking.

Office Politics, fewer resources strength, even after communicating it to program head, no action taken, worked many weeks all nights, have to work in big festival time even like Diwali, but no extra compensation or appreciation provided for it. A very ill skilled manager was allocated for the project, whom I was teaching my work domain skills beside being occupied in a load of work. Worst HR managers and the staff there, the senior manager can treat in any manner they please, no decorum no discipline. Hrs are partial to senior staff compared to developers. Left firm after feeling disgusted by Senior manager behavior and biased HR management there.

...ce u sign a bond u are fell into trap. Now they will easily destroy your career. If you understand their intentions then you have to pay the bond amount and leave but it increases by years

Good technical learning and work on new technologies. Lot of importance work is happening from India and even some of Indian group have good control on work definition and architecture

Dislikes

... every year. Because of this growth apportunity is very less within the company. Salary hike given is within 5 percent even after getting exceptionally good rating. No travel apportunity for Indian employees.
