I like hcl healthcare Salary on time

Dislikes

Dislike the appraisal part and below the expectations increment. And one more thing no IJP HR team declare IJP but no interview conducted and post will be given anonymously to anyone. Most of time I hv given feedback but no positive response came from HR. and no one is ready to listen.

Colleagues were helpful and they create friendly environment within themselves.

Dislikes

...Here, everyone is blaming to each other and no one is taking the responsibility. Salary Gap is so much that people at higher position are fully satisfied and lower level employees are fully unsatisfied. For Growth and Promotion also, buttering is enough. There is no role of doing hardwork. HR is also very unsupoortive. The company is just using HCL brand name. Here, team outing, confrences and clinic visits are only for certain people.

No growth though work is good but no growth ..person can't keep on doing same work for years

No growth part.... After servicing Notice period you have to chase them for salary it takes 2-3 months for your FNF

I wish this place had something worth liking.

...would go straight till 9 in the night. Managers didnt value individuals timings. Called even on holidays just to fulfil the manpower, and later on no compensation for the work. Recieved no job training when i started but i received it almost 3 months later. A really painful experience. I would never recommend anyone to work here.

...alues, work life balance and provide job security with a strong market presence. Additionally comparative salary and benefits package make me feel valued and supported creating a fulfilling and stable work environment.

While the workload can be intense, it encourages me to develop new skills and stay adaptable.
