...in without any prior notice as they didn't have the business from the clients. They didn't add me to their portals and on firing they even didn't give me the salary slips. Worst organization who ruined the careers for their benefits. DO NOT EVER JOIN IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION TO JOIN>

Everyone is very supportive here. Paras sir has been one of the cool manager I have seen in my life. Other employees are always there to help.

As such nothing. They just maintain a strict office culture which I feel is required to keep disciplined

Great Work Culture & Workplace The fact that I have a full explore of Data building and thorough guidance from the team to strategies my work, i can confidently state that the learning curves is massive.Recruitment is not just about identifying right candidate for the position but also client handling which is being given to all those who are performing well. Exposure and growth wise,great place to be in. I love the fact that i am a part of a company.

Good place for a recruitment career; End to end responsibility and get to work on diverse and high value mandates; Top management is supportive - not much pressure of numbers till the time you create value for client; Work from home options for people who have been in the system for some time
