There is nothing to like about the company, they are not even legit. confused CEO 7 Directors.. no vision unrealistic business goals ..fake clients and what not

Dislikes

They hire people to train interns and and chuck them out when intern are trained enough to work , their business strategy is make some easy money by fooling people.

Likes

Very bad company does not complete the projects of people do frauds even ceo teaches how to do frauds with clients. Nothing is about to like.

No professionalism, do frauds with clients, Work culture is worst.

At HBF it was all about developing and creating everything in HR. So, ofcourse it was good as you get a sense of ownership, expanded roles and responsibilities etc.

Dislikes

The company was at growing stage striving at each step. Finances were limited, expectations were huge and pressure was immense. Only a very mature person who is very clear in his thought process, who is calm as well as strategic can manage such a situation. Management was lacking such a level of maturity.
