HBC gives new opportunity to their employees to develop their carrier , they provides all compensation and benefits to their employees on time . HBC upper management and HRA policies are very good and their marketing strategies are very helpful for their employees . They believe in aggressive marketing and long-standing relationships with their customers .

As HBC believes in aggressive marketing strategies so they give very short period of time to their employees to get better ROI from their employees and customers but sometime they take some decision in hurry which are unfavorable for their employees as well as for their marketing which affects the employees professional lives . Moreover they take such decision against their employees on the basis of local management's statements without scrutiny and without proper information of territories , employees and situation which can be considered as whimsical decision against their employees .

Work life balance and culture of an organisation is fantabulous, no other organisation in industry can match the standard of HBC in this particular area. It is an epitome of a great employer.

Monetary benefits offered to the employees is very low as compared to recent trends in industry.

The worst company running in south by Mr. Chellappan and Mr. Ganesh Prasath. No job security Instant terminations and transfers False commitments infront of Drs and Chemist You loose your credibility infront of Drs For stockist they will say special schemes and they don't settle and make field colleagues trouble financially No settlements happening they are stealing the hard work and blood and sweat of the Ex employees without settling Don't refer anyone to HBC Life Science it will be like a Hell.

This company is a breeding ground for office politics. Backstabbing, favoritism, and a constant struggle for power overshadow actual work. The promises of lucrative incentives were just empty words. They dangle carrots, but when it comes time to deliver, excuses abound.

Worst culture by the management. Top management itself creates insecurity feeling to employees with their decisions. HO doesn't interfere. Employees will loose not only job, it will be a great negative impact creates on employees carrier also..
