Everything Treat engineer employees like street labours, And people in higher position have no qualifications. No work timing they need you whenever they call you or else they will tell we will remove you even after good performance

Talking about job security they gave the better job security than other telecom companies in Kuwait they didn’t fire their employees without any proper reason and the work culture also were good the management were very close to the employees they guided their employees very carefully and helped them if any of employees have issues.Company policies were followed as per the labor law of the respective nation

Personally I didn’t like their work timing of the company the company doesn’t have the proper work time the employees should go whenever they want and they didn’t give promised career growth in this company
