Nothing to like, permanent will be permanent, and other people who are fresher ,they will be working for 6 or 12 months as an apprentice or epp,After that they are responsible for their career, nothing to learn and don't expect.Only office trainee can learn & seek growth after their completion of training, not the assembly line worker.

...in this company,If someone have illness or want to take 1 or 2 days leave,so Rs.1000 will be deducted of 1 leave/day from his salary, how a company could be so cruel; They take alot of work from Apprentice and EPP's ,Supervisors make them aware and greedy about incentives with the salary, that if u make alot of utensils above the target,So u will be rewarded with high salary and incentives, and those high incentives are only 500 to 1000 rupees in a month.

Poor work timings can take a toll on your personal life. Sad part is no one seems to be interested in having a life outside work. Also the timings are pathetic as they start as early as 8.30 am. Moreover there are people to lecture you that you should reach early (as if 8.30 is not early enough) and do all necessary arrangements for the day. This is a strong dislike.
