Company Culture and Environment is good to work. Seniors are Supportive. Managament is very professional and transperent about their policies. Every year they are giving Bonus and Incentives also as per the Performances. Salary gives on proper timing. Claims policies are also good and will be cleared within 20-25 Days.

Dislikes

Salary hikes and Promotions we cant expect here even after giving a Good performances. Like all the Organisations here is also a Politics.

Gradually the company is adopting to the latest technology which was needed as per the current trends and changes. Secondly the quality product the company is offering is showing good value for both customers as well as our dealer network that makes for a good fortune of the company. As well the relationship which has been build with our dealer network is going well as the customer service provided has been build stronger with new company policies. Lastly the higher level hierarchy is always been more supportive and review us for better results.

Dislikes

Overall salary is decent, but growth is slow. Work pressures are often on above average as they require more than one person job as one has to look after all things as there are no separate divisions or are not working effectively.
