Company Culture and Environment is good to work. Seniors are Supportive. Managament is very professional and transperent about their policies. Every year they are giving Bonus and Incentives also as per the Performances. Salary gives on proper timing. Claims policies are also good and will be cleared within 20-25 Days.

Dislikes

Salary hikes and Promotions we cant expect here even after giving a Good performances. Like all the Organisations here is also a Politics.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very very high. sometimes, i have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the evening.

Likes

Good work culture, teammates are always supporting and encouraging. Got good opportunities to travel for ICT Events, YouTube Collaboration, Influencers Event. Always on a top and great working with all the colleagues.

Dislikes

...e laid off. It's not because of the performance, but due to the business crises. Still company provides a good notice and severence pay for compensation so that employees can find a new work in next 2-3 months.
