Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

If you lucky, you will get good project and then you will have good work life balance. I got lucky in this part.

Dislikes

...ctim and he keeps on creating issues throughout my journey i.e. near to 2 years. Issues like deducting salary without informing, Applying leave on your behalf etc. If you join HAVI, you need to take care of payslip every month that are you getting right salary or not.

Yes... I would like to work in Havi Solutions. This is the First IT company I have been working for. It is a pleasure to work at Havi Solutions. The management is taking care of things very well. The interaction in between the seniors and juniors is quite good which helps us to gain skills and experience.
