Everything - Culture, most staff members are retainers (retired persons) and bad internal politics. Deven and Vikram Both are very pathetic, arrogant and self centered persons. Beware of hem, don't get trapped in their sweet talks. They fired any position person at anytime without and prior notice or intimation. They don't care for anyone. I have seen the most senior person and middle senior person and lower position person fired, without any specific reason.

Deven and his son Vikram both are fool, never ever join this company in future, they mentally very cheap type, no one person did stay long time, they fired with in 4 to 5 months every new joiner person, plz request to all you, beware to join this company.

It was an entry-level job, where I have learned a lot, handling production, maintaining quality of the products and all this things became possible because of a energetic and supporting team.
