The company is largest group & this plant established near my home. Our company is market reliable ,high quality products and has a global clients base.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. Manager do not value an individual unique stranghs , which is I have to take back my suggestion most of time

Very few are there who wants to work sincerely to their responsibility. Its name is very appreciable in market, so its experience in resume is quiet good.

Yes there is also some politics. Who are very old in this company getting high salary without seeing their work.

...thin organisation. Job is secured and moslty depend upon how you are performing. Company policies are quite good as it gives you salary time to time without delaying it and also hikes are good and you can enjoy havells product at special discounts.

u need to be well enough to work for long hours.. and that is something i dont like.. but u have to mould acc to situation and company needs. a bit of politics on minor levels.

...and sport ground. Company policy is clearly defind. Every things is transparent. Good salary hike. Timely overall employee growth is parallel with company growth.

... pressure as an MT. Curated MT program. Brand value in market. Free meals in HO. Reimbursement rates & timely salary/reimbursement disbursement. Company culture. Saturday offs. (Not sure for others)

Less salary for MBA grads. Little slow process, kind of red tapism but that's changing. More field job & high travel,but they reimburse for that, so that depends.
