Management lacks direction. No one cares about anything. All words, no action. No work life balance. They'll stoop down to any level to satisfy their egos.

Dislikes

Director Anil is a woman-iser who haras$ed female employees for explicit favours. A female employee recently left the org for this same reason and join a pharma giant. HR and his superior has an active part in this setup. Either you get overburden with work or you play for months. There is no inbetween. Salaries could be as per market standards but highly underpaid. Politics and bootli cking at its finest. Managers are clueless and technically weak. No help from teammates because they're also clueless.

I liked the work environment and how there are new things to learn constantly

The HRs. I feel (it's a personal feeling) that the HRs are not well versed with visa processes and international recruitments and at times they tend to postpone the things to last minute

Nothing to like about Havas India. Full of toxicity and politics.

Dislikes

Any company that says they are THE BEST PLACE TO WORK, please avoid such toxic company to work for. Believe me this organisation and senior management will give you nightmares and work anxiety even on weekends. There is no such thing as end of day you. You’ll be a slave working for at-least 10-11 hours on a good day.
