Some manager and TL everyday torture in me and monthly MI 4 weekly offs is there but not given lease some emergency work time also so not giving leaves that's why resign job manager until not good but company is superb company

The incentive is not being paid properly.Let us take the lead when we go to the lead office to work.Each team has at least two dummies working on them Let us take the lead. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
