The incentive is not being paid properly.Let us take the lead when we go to the lead office to work.Each team has at least two dummies working on them Let us take the lead. On time salary very good approaching and India number 1 and first launching in Hathway Broadband

Dislikes

Some manager and TL everyday torture in me and monthly MI 4 weekly offs is there but not given lease some emergency work time also so not giving leaves that's why resign job manager until not good but company is superb company

The worse experience of my life we r treated like animals. 12hrs shift without any leave, also work off r adjusted if sales r down. Nither hr. or management take care of there employees.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
