... to leave without any negative report. but will say you were a very good person. the salary is very low compared to other companies in the industry for 5 years+ experience people. I will never recommend anyone to join this company with such toxic culture. Don't know why the rating was good and why I trusted and joined Hatch.

Likes

Chill and Benevolent work environment, Flexible Timings, astoundingly sweet Canadian Superiors and team members and a very supportive director..and a caring HR team. I was given a decent hike upon joining but a very good interim hike as well in the next 3 months. So in total around a 35 percent hike. Salaries are before time actually as well.

Dislikes

They could allow some members to work remotely as our interaction is only with Canadian team. Coming to office seems like a waste of productive hours and as on this date, COVID is still a problem.

Work life balance and culture is very good.

Dislikes

every small decisions goes to higher management. Company is losing there good resources due to this policy. No onsite opportunity at all. Salary budget is less.
