I had a very good experience with this company. Working from Home early in the morning and finishing by mid-day gives me enough time to balance work and family. Very friendly Colleagues and Management with clear communication. No micro-management. Less interaction with Managers as all tasks are clear and dealing only with Professional Australian Citizens/PR Holders. The Manager is very supportive, and mentors me to improve my skills and career growth. If there are mistakes, they address them in a professional manner, with a focus on learning, not criticism. They give enough training materials and also one-to-one training with colleagues to learn how to communicate with Australians. I have truly enjoyed my time here, it's a place where hard work is recognized and opportunities for advancement are available. I left voluntarily due to a change in my circumstances and I want to do further studies. Once I complete my studies in a year, I will join back. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for Work From Home, a Professional Environment, Career Growth, and dealing with only IT Professionals living in Australia.

Work pressure , Manager points silly mistakes & Degrades the candidates , Very rude, I left the work from office job & Came for this company just because of Remote , But i lost my career now ..without any reason he removed me & many girls were removed from the company with silly reasons....Rama Krishna is very toxic person who spoils the career & His daughter & Son in law were in a same track for the Career spoiling Trafficking , Now im unable to get a proper job , I thought give police complaint , but they escape by bribing , But Definitely they will face the karma ......my tears will definitely hits his dynasty & God will pun is him .... Because ....that much i was suffered by him ...without doing any mistake ...... Kindly never join this company . . I felt like suicide sometimes because of his words ...... When time comes karma hits a lot . Oh God please help the girls from this company
