I joined the company as a complete fresher and have been working here ever since. Firstly, I was provided me resources and the recruiters trained me and later I was promoted to a full time position. It's been an amazing experience of work and fun. Apart from work, we also engage in weekly cultural activities, themed office days and of course a healthy and growing work culture. They helped me shape my professional career, and now we are helping others do the same.

The organisation is way too flexible with their work timings. They are too focused on their quality of services and are always open to work with enterprises / companies who are in their stealth mode or starting up. The belief the leader of the company puts in their employees and always brings the best out of them is appreciated

It's a great place to learn about multiple roles. There is ample opportunity to pivot between different job roles and in turn, hone your skills. They also have flexible working hours which is a great advantage.

Flexible working hours. Open space to learn and grow. The best thing is that the boss provides a golden opportunity to the freshers. She comes further with an entrepreneurial mindset.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technologies. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is okayish, work pressure is very high and managers do not appreciate the individual's hardwork and strengths, which is why I had to step back.
