When I received the offer letter, I thought I must try. I times small organisation is also best place to learn.

Few days back, I was shocked after coming to office. I have heard that owner of the company terminated 4 employees with out salary. The employees also lodged complaint to the local police station. And one of them is the HR of the company. I was so demotivated after hearing the news, I feel like leave the company instantly. But I have submitted my resignation. But now the new HR of the company is telling that they will not provide any salary in the notice period. This organisation is a scam. Please go the the nearest police station of the company to know more about the organisation.

... give you any appreciation and call in the midnight to resolve the client issue. Deducted my salary few times althought i was sick and applied for sick leave. The ceo of the company itself review codes of each employee. since it is startup it helps me to gain knowledge, apart from that nothing is good.
