The HASETRI is best platform for learning.I am so happy that I am a part of these organisations because it's have a openness. We have a freedom to discussed any thing with a senior and initiate something to enhance our knowledge even if in past that project has been completed but still I can continue that for my understanding.it have a very positive work environment.Another plus point I like is the employee re hire policy here.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
