Global policies are good, but in India it's not working well

...ll and there is no job security. After covid more than 2K employees were fired. There is no increment and variable pay for last 4 year

Pathetic place with no clear objectives of the company, no job security, useless leaders and pathetic work culture . No career progression in company- everything is managed totally by senior management- no importance to middle or junior management

Not a good environment to work. Management is non supportive & pushes to meet unrealistic goals. This company has only 2-3 high level people in India. Rest all are ground level workers with designations as Manager & Associate Managers. Note there are No promotions here as people report direct to the MD.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance in hasbro. Management would expect employees to attend meetings till 9 to 10pm & even on weekends. Unrealistic expectations from management & too much of work load.

It is a company where your skills will be honed and there are many opportunities to shine. There is recognition for hard work.

Impulsive management, lacks structured appraisal system, non-uniform distribution of work amongst team.

The products are good. The franchised brands with MARVEL and DISNEY has good market value.

Dislikes

Terrible culture. You are always threatened of loosing your job. The Management is completely confused and has no direction. The local country head is aweful and has no idea about running and growing the business. The procurement value is dropping at a 10% rate against target of 25% growth on a year on year basis because of mismanagement and directionless approach. The Management in Hong Kong is also having no intent to grow due to regional bias. ..... It's the worst company that one can work for. People are in the same position for 20 to 30 years without growth. There is no development plan for new recruits.
