Work placement is good and environment and culture is good.company policies are goodand they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The company is good but there is a bland of 1 year before resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

I'm a security guard but my work is like peon. Security guard 4 post in my vecancy seat but work only 2 people before 2 years. All peon monthly rest is 8 but my only 4. I have arm licence but selery only a security man. This department is very bad.

I like the services provided by the company to the people but people does not following the rules of traveling during the time of covid-19. During the covid 19 time company had not made any strategy for the employees. They called everyone for the duties but didn't provide any safety measures to everyone. Rather some people got some masks and sanitisers but not everyone.

Dislikes

Disliking from my side is that the running staff is performing as good as they could, but passenger never support them.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.

Dislikes

Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
