This company has dictatorship - the Indian Management has made work space horrible. The dirtiest internal politics ever. The Management hires people from their ex company and friends or friends of friend. It’s like they hire only their distance relatives and give them great increments and promotion.

Dislikes

Don’t ever join this organization, it’s all toxic and full of negativity. You will regret joining it after 2-3 months. Help yourself don’t join harting manufacturing. Harting India is better comparatively. It’s harting manufacturing is a hell.
