...ees to work. Loved learning things here but then there is nothing more to offer. No appraisals no promotion work on same salary forever if you wanna work here. It has pathetic work culture full of politics.

Nothing is here about to like .

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but no career growth in future. There is a notice period of 60 days for executive level,before which you cannot resign

Politics bazi hai purane log naye logo ko tikne nahi dete zsm level par Mehta jaise log rajniti karke purane logo ko latte hai jo company se 3,4 baar nikale ja chuke hai unhe fir se bharti karadete hai apni salary lete rehte hai time pura kar rahe hai

Company mein upar Wale bhi nahi sunte asm level ke employees ko bola jata hai market ki actual situation batao par koi nahi sunta sab apni naukari chala rahe hai
