In addition, the management forced all workers and staff to come to the office during the pandemic, without taking adequate safety precautions. Management at the company is exploitative towards its workers and staff. They do not offer leave encashment, and both PF contributions and admin charges are deducted from salaries. One of the directors contracted COVID-19, and despite this, she came to the office, which resulted in me also contracting the virus. During my hospitalization, the company did not offer any support, and they do not have any medical insurance. The work culture at the company is toxic. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive work environment. The management is exploitative, and the work culture is toxic.

Organisation has taken very strong commitment to care of their employees for the covid 19 pandemic , organisation has got self assessment certificate for reopening company from Govt of Karnataka

No major things to dislike Organisation , It’s good to share about organisation that it’s provided 50% of salary to all workers for April (lockdown) month even the sale is zero, Thanks to director sir

No body mind on you and your training but they expect more from you.they won't ready to give good salary and increment, learning is not so good for,if anything goes wrong senior blames entry level people's.

If you are thinking to join this company Be ready to do anything. Because your work will get critisize You have to focus on dispatch only No training will be provided No timing you have to come in morning and you can leave at 11pm Most importantly increment will very less No respect for the designation which management will give you
