Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Everything...right from the food to work culture... Labour's working in construction site of Hotel gets Rotis in every meal but hotel staff gets it 1 time in 2 days.. during every dinner get rice only.... Management has 0 value infront of Owner. No one dare to express their opinions if it is against owner no matter even if it is beneficial for staff.... Over all pathetic work experience
