They won't take project continuesly hence higher level position would be in dangerous condition always.No proper planning in the management as well as HR Dept.

No team work . management Never identifying hard work personals.no future and no growth. During covid no support from the management. Worst ending for me.

I am working as an technician in harsha abakus solar.Its a worst company i saw in my life no growth no leaves if u take a leave they will deduct your salary no growth not a single % of job satisfaction.

As if I have to summarized the things in one work then "LALA Company" is the perfect word. Inner politics level is high in company. Favouritism and senseless work culture appreciated. I should not suggest this company for anyone`s future company
