Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing. There's no structure, there is no system. They never think about their employees. Hierarchy bosses around and there's no language barrier. Seniors abuses junior. This place is a mess.

Everything! There's no structure and no system. Managers abuse their employees, there no work-life balance. They don't provide you with any offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter, payslip nothing! HR is a joke. Job profile is misleading during the interview phase and the real job is nothing like they said in the interview. This is a joke.
