Salary not provided timely.( They have provided salary in cash ). .. no leave no bonus..no work no pay.. pf esi not provided... atmosphere not good..... Office colleagues are not supported..Too much politics at working place.. till now pending my last salary..I left the company Feb 2023 till now they have not gatting any amount.i call them company account department they have not responded

No job security. Hire candidates and fire for no reason. Extreme late salary. False commitment in interview. No professional environment. Don't provide any official Appointment letter, will fool by providing an email. No leaves facility. If you take leave in emergency, you will get calls continuously from their Assistant. Highly experienced and talented employees are underpaid. Beware of this company.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
