Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Harsh Enterprises is a firm that work for disable person, this firm is supply artificial and service in government and privet place who work for disable person. In the office Director and owner is very good person, and all staff like saleman, manpower is give important to own work. You job is secure here, and culture is normal like all office.

Very bad experience for me here In lockdown period even till date company given only 10000 salry all sales person . Language are not good here owner family members this reason I dislike about here working
