Now a days they don't have vision. Don't behave according to market. Hire wrong people on managerial and in management post where they don't know how to take decisions actually they hire people with the reference. HR is not qualified that much where she used skills to maintain culture in the organisation.
I would suggest please don't join this organisation because of you join you will loose your growth.
I love my colleagues come from various cultural background and work happily in collaboration. I also like employee re hire policy here and timing of the company.
It's easy and more manual. You can have a work life balance and there are amazing books - office is beautiful too.

HR - absolute nightmare. Marketing leadership follows same approach.
Yelling is a norm and considerate cool - but comes across as crass. Its unfortunate because company is otherwise is great.
Company is having no future plan of growing business in India they only want make on the name of brand.
