Job security is there with no doubt work culture is really good, nobody is biased. Management is average. Company policies are strict and sometimes not in the employees favor (ex. Notice period)

Pay scale has to be increased notice period must be reduced

They provide grate pay. Employee friendly policies and lot of Benifits and goodies.. Great work culture. Friendly people.

Dislikes

They will hire you for trending skills and ask you to work on Legecy technologies. No scope of upskilling. Don't join if you would like to work on something through which you can learn.
