Salary, but only for people who know buttering skills and who do not talk.

Dislikes

Salary for only buttering skills, from same language, from same native state, never say anything about your manager capabilities not matching to work requirements. HR team is puppet to Director, HR team do not know anything but to say Yes to Director because he is one who give salary and promotion recommendation. Hiring to Director is also one step without business case because he is from your native language and state :(. ill treated, no equality in practice (on paper).

Harman has various Work Group, Automotive, Audio, Connected Car.... Not all can be assessed the same way as Automotive has several Business Units, again not all Business Unit can be assessed the same way. Keeping employees engaged by HR is better than engineers engaged by Project Management. HR Policy are best.

CTO is sitting home getting salary with no work from years and no one cares and he himself do not know what is his work to the company. 9. Harman Germany is the worst as they show attitude, arrogance and not the expertise at work. all they do is outsource work to his/her friend company even a small software feature work. Germany center are not even 10% competitive compared to India but their arrogant behavior is annoying. 10. Health Insurance is a joke, who ever opted for this to Harman Inc is doing under the table business with insurance provider. 11. International relocation - ZERO

Terrible Salary and Benefits. They give below average salary as compared to the market. Also onsite (outside India) opportunities are extremely rare. They have mind set up of a 'Service Company' where actually they need to think and be of like a 'Product Company'. Overall, I am highly disappointed as a Product Manager and would not recommend this company to any Product Management Professional (Product Manager/Product Owner).
