Salary for only buttering skills, from same language, from same native state, never say anything about your manager capabilities not matching to work requirements. HR team is puppet to Director, HR team do not know anything but to say Yes to Director because he is one who give salary and promotion recommendation. Hiring to Director is also one step without business case because he is from your native language and state :(. ill treated, no equality in practice (on paper).

Harman has various Work Group, Automotive, Audio, Connected Car.... Not all can be assessed the same way as Automotive has several Business Units, again not all Business Unit can be assessed the same way. Keeping employees engaged by HR is better than engineers engaged by Project Management. HR Policy are best.

... work. This shows they do not have technical knowledge but does the business. 8. CTO is sitting home getting salary with no work from years and no one cares and he himself do not know what is his work to the company. 9. Harman Germany is the worst as they show attitude, arrogance and not the expertise at work. all they do is outsource work to his/her friend company even a small software feature work. Germany center are not even 10% competitive compared to India but their arrogant behavior is annoying. 10. Health Insurance is a joke, who ever opted for this to Harman Inc is doing under the table business with insurance provider. 11. International relocation - ZERO

...longer period of time, the work life balance, the learnings to help your career. It has everything, it's a perfect package if you give your 200% and if you are career oriented.

Dislikes

It has glitches and will be visible if you are not giving your 200%. Go for it and make place for yourself, if not quit.

Terrible Salary and Benefits. They give below average salary as compared to the market. Also onsite (outside India) opportunities are extremely rare. They have mind set up of a 'Service Company' where actually they need to think and be of like a 'Product Company'. Overall, I am highly disappointed as a Product Manager and would not recommend this company to any Product Management Professional (Product Manager/Product Owner).

I am working with this company for the last 8 years, I definitely have seen some growth in the company. If you are keen to work on multiple opportunities, projects, helping the sales team to increase the business, then the sky is the limit.

Dislikes

Even though this is a product company, the salary, remuneration structure, and other benefits are not up to the mark as of other product based companies.
