Every year JBL Brand gift item distribution to employees. Salary credit on N-1 working day of month. its 1 day prior compare to other companies.

Dislikes

No equality in handling employees in terms of salary increment, 1 Qtr hike given to employee, Qtr 2, 3, 4 hike not given to employees, Next year also no compensation , no arrears, Next year also Qtr 1 employees got usual Hike. No proper facilities.

...o some employees only and not paid for majority of employees in covid situation. no compensation or arrears paid on next year as well. Work culture wise its good.

Salary Increament is paid for Q1 2020, but not paid for Q2,Q3,Q4 for the eligible employees on Covid pandemic. after then also it is not compensated or arrears paid in next year as well.

I worked in the client location in the client office, only once did i meetup with 5-6 harman employees, so could not really imbibe much in the company culture

Salary is the only best part, they give you salary what you asked. After that you forget your personal life, health, mental peace, family. "If you want ONLY money than it is right place for you."

Dislikes

Next level politics, partially (if you are from same state or city of your boss than it is great place), Hug partiality with West, North & East guys because most of peoples are from south India.

No Management Worst work culture. Toxic people, you will never feel valued and comfortable with manager. People who have been there for more than 10years are the real spoiler of work environment. They don't care what management has said to them...Not at all good place to work. It was horrible experience.
