Pros: 1. Supportive teammates 2. Good Salary compensation. 3. Good Recognization of talent and proper career growth. 4. Work from Home option available. 5. Working on some old technology which the company has recognized and try to maintain his presence. 6. After the merger with Samsung, you can have a good offer on Samsung products. Cons: 1. No stock option available. 2. Everything from food to Medical Insurance is paid by you. 3. As mentioned earlier old technology. 4. No or nill onsite opportunity
