Organisation has zero job security. Heavy internal politics. Employee retrenchment is a yearly phenomenon. Lifestyle business has some worst manpower. Though it's 5 days work, you may end up working most saturdays

Working in client place is worst, Client are very worst, they diplomatically play with Harman employees. Harman managers just want to satisfy their Client irrespective of employees. Simply giving pressures unwantedlyand their strategies are worst

Good compensation, good employee rewards and gifts, good clients

Dislikes

I worked in the client location in the client office, only once did i meetup with 5-6 harman employees, so could not really imbibe much in the company culture
